PART TWO REVISED DIGITAL PDF EDITION
The revised and expanded digital edition of the Capitol album book is over 550 pages and features much additional information and tons of new images. You will learn the true story behind how these covers came about and see pictures of Bob Whitaker at work during the two photo sessions that produced the pictures used on the covers. 498 Productions has licensed all of the significant pictures from the infamous Butcher session plus a series of revealing images from the Trunk photo session that took place at Brian Epstein’s office. These chapters alone are worth the price of admission. In addition, the digital book contains original artwork from several albums, including an alternate design for BEATLES ’65 and the uncropped picture that was used for the cover of BEATLES VI.
The real story behind the Capitol albums Meet The Beatles! through Magical Mystery Tour, with explanations of why the Capitol albums were different than those issued by Parlophone in England.
