Shipping within the United States

We charge a flat shipping rate of $8 per book for domestic shipping.

Shipping outside the United States

Since the United States Postal Service (USPS) has discontinued their media mail option for international shipping the costs for shipping our books outside of the USA has increased significantly. Our order system calculates the shipping on a per book basis, however we can lower the total shipping costs by packing two to four books in one box. If you are ordering multiple books please contact us by email at orders@beatle.net, and we will try to provide you with a lower shipping price for your order.

General Returns Policy

If you are accidentally sent the wrong book or if your book arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to make us aware of the problem so we can promptly send you the book you ordered or a replacement book. Requests for replacement books must be received within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the book.

eBooks/Digital Editions

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on completed, downloaded eBook purchases. Before completing your eBook transaction, please take care to ensure you have purchased the correct format and title and that your e-reader is compatible. We encourage you to test your reader software and system configurations by downloading this preview free sample eBook before making your first purchase:

Claims
