SALE: Remember Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band Is the Beatles

June 1 - June 7

Today is the 56th anniversary of the official release of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. While Beatles fans might disagree as to whether it is the Beatles best album or a person’s favorite Beatles album, there can be no doubt that Sgt. Pepper is the Beatles most important album and, according to Rolling Stone magazine, the most important rock ’n’ roll album ever made. It elevated rock music to an art form. But it was more than art for art’s sake. It was then and still is a great listening experience.

And so, on this anniversary, play your vinyl or CD, or for those not having access to physical product, play your music files or stream, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. You won’t be alone as million throughout the world will be hearing: “It was twenty years ago today…What would you think if I sang out of tune?…Picture yourself on a boat on a river…For the benefit of Mr. Kite there will be a show tonight…We were talking…When I get older losing my hair…I read the news today, oh boy.”

In honor of this remarkable album, we are putting Bruce’s book THE BEATLES AND SGT. PEPPER: A FANS’ PERSPECTIVE on sale for $12. Even if you already own the book, you can pick up a second pristine copy or buy copies for friends.

As a bonus, the first 100 of each book purchased during this sale will come with a bookmark and Sgt. Pepper poster.

And for those who have been putting off buying the Collector’s Edition, it will be on sale for $64.

Please be advised that out of the 500 numbered limited-edition copies, only 27 numbered copies of the Collector’s Edition remain available.
