Friday night will be especially busy for Bruce, with three straight events in two rooms conveniently located next to each other. At 7:30, Bruce will be in the Paperback Writer Room on a panel discussing his Beatles Album Series with two of the contributors to all nine books, Al Sussman and Piers Hemmingsen. This will be followed by an 8:30 presentation in the Video Room with Karen Duchaj titled “My Sweet Lord—Music, Linguistics & Law.” This A/V presentation received rave reviews at the New Jersey Fest for Beatles Fans and at the 2025 Pop Culture Association conference. Bruce ends his activities for the night with a 9:30 panel back in the Paperback Writer Room with former John Lennon attorney Jay Bergen titled “It’s A Legal Matter.” He and Jay will be telling “attorney war stories,” with Jay discussing his representation of John, and Bruce describing the legal battles over the Beatles recordings and films. This could well be one of the more interesting discussions at the Fest. Those interested in purchasing books from Bruce on Friday will need to do so between 5:00 and 7:25.

On Saturday, Bruce will give his new presentation on HELP! on the Main Stage at 5:55 PM. It features photographs, music and video clips. In addition to discussing the fabulous music recorded for the film and album, Bruce shall show a series of video clips from the 1964 James Bond film Goldfinger and how these scenes were parodied in HELP!, as well as video clips of two actors that appeared in Goldfinger after first having roles in A Hard Day’s Night. The presentation includes a video medley of the seven Beatles songs seen in HELP! Bruce will be at his table in the Marketplace for most of the afternoon and evening.

Bruce’s final Fest event takes place on Sunday at 2:30 in the Paperback Writer Room. He will be part of a panel on the Beatles activities in autumn 1965. Chuck Gunderson shall cover the Beatles 1965 North American Tour, Bruce shall talk about the recording of Rubber Soul, and Jude Southerland Kessler shall wrap things up with the year-end British tour.
