What payment methods can I use?
We offer safe payment methods through our shopping cart, including credit
cards (MasterCard and Visa only), checks and money orders, and PAYPAL. You may
submit payment by using direct MasterCard or Visa credit card payments online
directly, submitting your MasterCard or Visa information via fax directly to
the office, mailing a check or money order by US Postal Service, or submitting
payment through PAYPAL.
Can I pay by check or money order?
Sure, just submit your order and we will make arrangements for you. We will
not ship your order until we have received your check and it has cleared. If
you require your order sooner, please send a money order or cashier's check.
All checks and money orders must be in US $ Dollars. If a check is received in
any other currency, you will be contacted to submit repayment or additional
funds.
Can you ship my order COD?
No, sorry, we don't offer COD shipping.
Can I get my book personalized or signed?
Yes. Bruce Spizer will sign the book if requested. If you would like something
special as part of the pesonalization, write it in the "Special Instructions"
section of the order form.
Can you give me a value of my Beatles record and my memorabilia?
No, sorry, this site only sells books written by Bruce Spizer. We do not
sell Beatles
records, memorabilia or merchandise. Nor do we give estimates on the value of
such items.
All books that are shipped from our office are high quality, unless you have ordered a special, discounted book.
All of our shipping charges are based on rates set by DHL and the United States Postal Service. Every shipping method available is described in the following section. We are shipping out of New Orleans, LA and the origin zip code is 70112. Only Next Day Air shipments are eligible for Saturday delivery and there is an additional $15 charge for deliveries on Saturday.
Inside the United States
Packages will be shipped via ground methods. Only the Postal Service will deliver to PO Boxes. Please expect a slight delay if you do not provide a physical address.
All orders must contain a telephone number. This ensures proper delivery. Also, we occasionally need to call a customer regarding an order.
Outside the United States
Please note that customer will pay all brokerage charges, duties, and taxes.
Wrong Address: We charge an additional $10 service charge per package for address corrections. Please double check the address before submitting your order or call us if you think the address supplied is incorrect. If DHL makes the correction, the service charge will be billed to your account.
